@CurrysServices having returned a product to currys in July and after numerous pointless exchanges on twitter, they are no closer to processing my refund and are unable to do anything more than tell me to wait longer. I think its been long enough now

@MoneySavingExp had to contact Eon as my app wasn't updating with smart meters, only to find its a software glitch and has been since November 2020. Update being rolled out, but this has meant they've been estimating my readings and haven't alerted me, have requested meter.......
@MoneySavingExp just tried bank switch, Be mindful that if switching to the Halifax with a joint account u have to go into branch and can't do it online. U can still open the account but switch stops u if its a joint account being switched
