A new look, the same family business trusted to protect British homes for 100 years.
To celebrate our centenary, we’re honouring our roots in London, England, where William F. Banham invented his very first lock (and the world’s first automatic doorbolt) in 1926, and where we’ve been innovating ever since.

After stumbling upon a 1950s half‑pint milk bottle in the Brecon Beacons, our campaign star Steve began a journey that’s grown into an extraordinary collection of over 23,000 British milk bottles, now showcased in his very own museum.
Join us as we step into his nostalgic world and uncover the surprising charm of the not‑so‑humble milk bottle.

Did you know that a collector of teddy bears is called an arctophile? That Winnie the Pooh was named after a real bear that A.A. Milne’s son saw in London Zoo? Or that Paddington caused a fashion trend for welly boots?
Lots of us still have a beloved childhood teddy - but our campaign star Kirsty takes the cake with 1,200 guests at her teddy bear’s picnic.

Home grown innovation, made in Britain since 1926, when the very first Banham lock became a world first in innovation. 100 years later, we’ve done it again: our locks won Best Product 2026 at the Great British Brands Awards.

@TeamYouTube@TeamYouTube Thank you. Seems we need further support as we don't know the phone number or email used when they opened that account 15 years ago. We can proof we are the onwers of the domain as brand. Can we get further support please?
@TeamYouTube Hi. Our company has an old Youtube channel that we can't access and we don't know who opened it. It was before our company having a marketing department.
This is our current account we have to opened a few years ago as we couldn't access the original one (https://t.co/zUJrzFfC4m) but we want access/hide the old one as it has innacurate information and also out of brand content, affecting our reputation and customers.
This is the innactive account we are tying to gain access to (https://t.co/09TXQRQF3P)
Could you please help us with this? We can proof we are the owners of the company if needed. Thank you.
. @TeamYouTube Thank you for your reply. The first account we mentioned has not been used in 14 years, and we no longer have the login details, as it was created before our company had a marketing department. Is there a way for us to reclaim this account? Having two accounts is damaging to our brand and could be misleading for our customers.
Would it be possible to check which email address was originally used to create that account? If we can identify the email, we may be able to regain access or contact the person who set it up. What other options we have? Thank you
