@Aer_lingus25 I've dealt with customer care already and was advised that pre paid seats aren't guaranteed, so there wouldn't be a refund. I just want to let people know to be careful when travelling @AerLingus as they may get moved from sitting beside their children.

Don't bother paying for specific seats with @AerLingus as they can reassign for no reason and move parents from their 3 minor children. They won't refund you for the extra paid to book the seat you wanted because they reserve the right to reassign seats at any time.
