Went into @Verizon so I could cancel everything and they want me to pay over $3,000 just to cancel even though it’s breach of contract not providing service for the last week.

@verizon y’all suck so bad. I can’t even call 911 in an emergency because of your service going out. Let alone get a rep on the phone. How do y’all even respond to tweets? I have to use a whole other internet service to even get online.

@yesgreg @OptimumHelp Don’t do it. Look at other options. @Verizon has been out of service since Monday. Go look at down detector as well all the angry customers. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times with no resolution

@VerizonSupport CAP THIS NEVER GETS RESOLVED NO MATTER HOW FAR IT GETS PUSHED. any one looking to maybe switch to @Verizon just don’t. I’m a person that pays for quality and they are far from. I get 1mb download speeds max when they claim coverage.

I really don’t know how I’m gonna make it another 3 months. I fight tooth and nail and question it everyday. I don’t want to pass this pain down to anyone and have the least amount of people around me to feel anything.
