#MainVapasAaunga is a gutting tale of love & longing. Imtiaz Ali has created a film that asks us to be better & do better & Naseer Sir delivers one of the great performances of Indian cinema. That moment at the end when he fixes his beard is an instant classic. I wept copiously!
“Main Vaapas Aaunga”
An excellent movie by Imtiaz Ali 👏
In the world full of hatred, this movie shows how sensitive subjects can be handled with utmost sensitivity 👍
My Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was landing in Mumbai yesterday and realized from the plane that an international tourist first sees a vast expanse of slums.
India’s story is one of stark contrasts- world-class infrastructure and millions lacking dignified housing.
The challenge before us is not growth alone, but ensuring that growth reaches everyone.
@sardesairajdeep Its a testament to the stability our democracy brings and its not chaos in India with frequent policy changes with everyone running like headless chickens...kudos for having a stable govt for 12 yrs in India!! Well done India!!
What a treat it was to watch @1mti4z_ali “Main Vapas Aunga “. More than the acting led by the legendary @naseeruddnshah , what stood out for me that despite all the criticism often levelled against our film makers, we can still get two dramatically opposite takes on a subject. Dhurandhar directed by @AdityaDharFilms is like a sledge hammer. It talks straight and delivers straight. Like a drink on the rocks. Imtiaz delivers Pakistan like an Opera. From the music to the cinematography, his movie gives you time to absorb and then move alongside the characters. First Chamkeela and now Main Vapas Aunga, Imtiaz without doubt is in a league of his own.
I just watched cocktail 2. It's such a bad movie. Sad that people fill the hall due to initial buzz while very few screens are given to Main Wapas Aaunga. Do not miss this gem. I have seen Main Wapas Aaunga twice.
