Pathetic experience with @WakefitCo . Ordered a mattress for April 8 delivery, now pushed to April 16 without notice. Order put on hold after full payment, no communication. Had to chase them on WhatsApp, got no response for days. Unprofessional. Never trusting them again.

I visited birth and death department of Indore last week and was disappointed with situation. Something as basic as getting a death or a birth certificate/amendments done has got a process that is not adhered to. Timelines mentioned are a joke!

I was still lucky to get some response on my queries thanks to my gender and also ability to talk straight questions. The plight of illiterate citizens is miserable. They keep standing in queues, only to find after hour+ of wait to find out that it’s a wrong one.

Once you initiate a manual application form there is no process to check status. Spray and pray is what innocent people are left with.

While hospital certificate for issued within weeks of kids birth (without name of baby); the name entry process seems to be taking forever. Everybody is getting standard response for it to be done in 10-12 days.

The server is down for more than a month and as per the staff - no certificates have been issued for last month showing the server rectification request sent to Bhopal office.
