@livspace you renovated our house and there are issues which need fixing / never were right in the first place. I raised a ticket 20 days ago, and have been repeatedly following up and pleading for assistance with zero action and accountability. What do I do?

As AI became mainstream in 2023, I believe there is a trend to how Technology plays out - The first battle ground is always the underlying layer / Platforms, and then comes the time for Applications built on top of the platforms which win.

- Whether it was Operating Systems in the later part of the 20th century, post which Desktop and other applications on top. The winners were Windows and MacOS and then Linux became the default OS on the Server Side.

- Or even the Browser Wars (IE and Firefox to begin and then Chrome much later) during the late nineties / early 2000s, post which came complex and dynamic web applications.

- And then, it was time for the Smartphone revolution and iOS and Android were the clear winners, post which an entire Mobile App focussed Industry originated.

- The Cloud came about post that, with AWS, GCP and Azure leading the charge, and large SaaS companies and SaaS applications took centerstage.

- Now it's time for the AI Platforms to evolve and we will have 3-4 large Platforms take Pole position in the next 1-2 years.

The timeline for Platforms to become leaders have shortened with large players having almost infinite access to capital and talent. But with some upstarts raising tremendous capital, it will be a busy 2024. Post which it would be applications built on top of these platforms, which would be the world changing Applications we will use in our daily lives.

2024 is when we will hear about AI even more!

@airvistara Sonal, you are trying to give a reason for something which wasn't handled well by Vistara and trying to not take any ownership. If the payment wasn't shown as required, then how did it get confirmed in the first place. This is an example of poor service and both of us know it.

@airvistara Am traveling as a family of 3 & we book a row of seats more than a month in advance. Day before the flight one of the allotted seats get changed to something else. Customer service, can't figure out what happened, no other row of seats available - say sorry #chaltahai

@LGIndia I am struggling to get assistance with respect to getting a New Split AC Re-installed as Water is leaking & last service person mentioned this needs reinstallation. I seem to be asked to call various Leads and PSMs, who never respond. Dealer has been of no help either.
