@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia pathetic customer care. Two nos having network issues for past 10 days and zero action taken till date. Daily sms I receive stating it is just getting delayed. Airtel folks have made it in such a way that they can’t be reached. 🤦🏻♂️ frustrating !!

@Airtel_Presence No holistic answer and pathetic customer care. Getting worse day by day. You created duplicate DTH ID and now telling me you cannot trfr the balance from old to new. If you cannot do then who else can??? Then refund that amount to me completely.
