It's not a joke the real fact. Tata motors and their S.C Luxon Motors is doing such a grand Customer appreciation programme

@Tataev No they do not have enough time to look into customer concerns. They are only interested in looking scratches underneath the battery and finding a way to Deny the warranty or harassing customers by that way.
