Key Highlights & Directions from the Hon'ble Minister: Prompt Resolution: Clear instructions have been given to BSNL management and DoT officers to ensure that all employee grievances are addressed swiftly.

No Delays on Legitimate Demands: The Minister explicitly directed that no legitimate HR issue should be kept pending without a resolution and that too in a time-bound manner.

Focus on Morale: The discussion emphasized the importance of resolving key issues—including pay parity, promotions, and pending executive/non-executive grievances—to keep the workforce motivated during this crucial phase of BSNL's network expansion.
