🇹🇭🇲🇾🇸🇬 It is possible to go from Bangkok to Singapore in just three trains. Here are some examples of the trains you can catch there.
🚂 🇹🇭🇲🇾 Special Express No. 45
📍Bangkok (Krung Thep Aphiwat) to Padang Besar
⏰ 16:10-08:05 (15hr 55m)
🚂 🇲🇾 EG9449 *
📍Padang Besar to Johor Bahru (JB Sentral)
⏰ 12:05-22:30 (10hr 25m)
🚂🇲🇾🇸🇬 Shuttle 73 **
📍 Johor Bahru (JB Sentral) to Singapore (Woodlands CIQ)
⏰ 08:45-08:50 (5m)
* The train coming down from Padang Besar doesn’t reach the border in time for the last train at 22:45. So you would have to spend the night in Jahor Bahru or you can just take a bus over the border as that is open 24 hours. Next year when the new rail link is open this should be easier.
** There are many shuttle trains crossing the border and so pick a time convenient to you.
It is advisable to buy tickets in advance on the official DTicket and KTM websites.
