Extremely shameful and pathetic service by @DTDCIndia My parcel (Docket: D3007547192) from Sirsa to Agartala was delivered slashed open with a knife. 75% of the items, including Rakhis for kids & toys, were STOLEN in transit! Is this how you handle shipments? 😡🚨 #DTDC

@PanasonicIndia Very poor service from Panasonic. My refund for order no. 000121244 has been pending for over a week despite raising a complaint. No response at all. Wil you also pay interest for this delay,or is customer accountability ignored?
