@sainsburys I am shocked by the lack of customer service received post your website failure. How do you get away with this? Kept patient and quiet as I realise stuff happens but take accountability and deal with customers fairly. No manager, supervisor avail, ridiculous!
@CRTcontactus how is this still going on? This rubbish issue on the towpath from Angel to Haggerston (and further) is not properly being dealt with. Stop posting notices encouraging use of the towpath, fighting plastic, etc then not acting on simple rubbish issues! #regentscanal

I’ve seen the opposite of inconsiderate-people bringing out their own rubbish bags, litter picking! Fix this once and for all. Replace w/larger bins, add bins/pick ups. Prioritise this over campaigns that don’t deliver

@easyJet Hi. What do I do if my flight is Thursday, not cancelled but the ski resort I was going to has closed. I saw no charge for changing but you only have option to change a few days forward. Please help.
