It’s disappointing to see the food quality deteriorating badly over the last few months in Vande Bharat EC. Yesterday was shocking-Tiny paratha, 1 piece of chicken, no soup, had to ask for ice cream separately.

@JioCare After yesterday, it was scheduled today as well for 2nd time. And your engineer didn't visit or call. I called customer care as I have been doing for so many days, and after seeing the genuine concern with no solution, they discounted the call. And this is not the first time.

@JioCare There is no progress in the status. You failed to send an engineer and now it's showing "scheduling" for infinity time. No deadline. Jio is WORST

@JioCare The engineer was supposed to visit today (17th November) between 5pm to 6pm. No one visited or called me. I have only called @JioCare for 8-10 times to take follow up. Everyone there gives me an excuse and asks to wait for another few hours. But as of now no support or resolution
