@JZBelexes Funnily enough, after I made the pack and the gadgets, I was working on the trap, but never finished it since I was still learning how to do world constraints. If I gave it a crack today though I could probably finish it properly! I've learned a lot since then.
@Jonjoeeeeeeeeee as somebody who's both played several games on actual hardware and emulated a bunch of the same said games, the experience is literally no different than playing on actual hardware if the game just runs other than the novelty of playing on real hardware vs emulator.
@belmarzi open up a game or program just to stare at it for an hour and click around on stuff and just exit afterwards
it's awful. i just want to do things when i want to do them.
@bratbun3D If it has the works though (multiple clothing, some fun gimmicks and adult stuff) and looks pretty good, about $40, maybe $50+ would be a fair price imo. I don't often buy avatars, but I usually look for these things when deciding if I wanna buy it.
@bratbun3D that all really depends on what the avatar feature and the quality of it. If it's just a base model with not much other than maybe a few clothing toggles, probably like $20 or something, $30 if it's really good looking.
am i supposed to let all the money i make just sit there forever until i hit $100 minimum at some point? what if I need my $20 and it's just sitting there? I'm struggling already as it is and selling assets on gumroad is supposed to be a side gig to help support me, not taunt me.
@gumroad hey, what's the big idea with this? i wasn't informed that minimum payouts would be increased from $10 to $100.
my most recent asset I've made has only made $73 since I made it last month, and I hardly ever see $100 from gumroad in 3 months.
@GirlGlitcher If your thumbnail is AI, it's going to communicate to your viewers that you've given up on actually trying and hurt your view count even more, causing youtube to pay even less.
stop crying about people complaining when you yourself have complained about the use of AI in CoD.
@GirlGlitcher 3 google searches and 15 minutes with adobe express and paindotnet.
if you have to "cut corners" on easy thumbnails like this maybe you should entertain the idea of a new profession if it's not paying well.
@teflocarbon@Hella_Faithh i think that's less of a VRC thing and more of a platform thing.
i've found that using a quest hooked up with steamlink tends to disable the steam storefront ENTIRELY and you have to either use a non-quest HMD for PCVR or just do it on desktop.
Tho idk what your setup is like
