TSMC, chip, semiconductors are the major drivers of that cap almost 50% due to global demand and 90% of chip making done in Taiwan. One major jolt in that and the cap will crash. India's cap is more diversified

Any new system might have its problems which can be improved with time. But without any facts or data calling that a scam by politicians doesn't make sense.

But gap between the two have gradually decreased in the last decade thus the Current Account Deficit was between 0.5-2% of GDP, the peak 4.8% was is 2012.
