We are happy to welcome our newest faculty member Dr. Paulo Alves! Dr. Alves works to understand the plasma processes that occur in extreme astrophysical environments and HED lab experiments.
Before joining UCLA he worked at SLAC and obtained his PhD at the University of Lisbon.
