It is a legal issue that has to go through court. It can’t go thru court if the courts have no jurisdiction. Having it allows them to send them back to their home country

If you are attempting to argue that they are not under US jurisdiction, then the government has no legal right to deport or pursue charges

Therefore, all natives born in reservations (up until the Indian citizenship act) were not considered citizens.

The nations joined under a sense that it would be a fair alliance, when in reality it was Russia coercing small nations to take their resources

The SU was a UNION of nations falling under the protection of Russia, much the same as NATO falls majority under the protection of the US. Russia dabbled their hands in Ukraine and lost their influence the time to turn back is now, you are owed nothing
