SHAME ALERT 🚨
BJP goons who assaulted young protestors at CP got bail within a day and were garlanded and welcomed by Hindu Raksha Dal
Next Narendra Modi should meet them and reward them 🔥
The nation is in chaos,
Yet I’m ashamed that our Odia daughter, holding the highest constitutional position in the country, remains silent on this matter.
@monabfc10 What religion are they protecting btw ??? Behaving like a middle East countrymen and then worshiping Maa Shakti what's the point of this dhong....
In a shocking miscarriage of justice, the court has granted bail to the prime accused—a individual who didn’t just commit a routine crime, but perpetrated a heinous atrocity against a vulnerable child and the very foundation of the Indian democratic system. Under what authority could anyone act with such absolute impunity?
The burning question nationwide is this: Why did the court let him walk free?
The answer lies in systemic complicity. Had the Delhi Police applied the strict legal provisions demanded by the brutality of this act, bail would have been an absolute impossibility. Instead, in an apparent bid to shield the perpetrator, the police deliberately invoked minor, bailable sections. By systematically watering down the charges, they sabotaged their own case, laying down a red carpet for the culprit to secure an easy release.
To serve true justice, the prosecution must immediately replace these weak charges with the stringent provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS):
I. Severe Physical Violence & Assault
•Section 115 BNS (Formerly Sec 323 IPC — Voluntarily Causing Hurt): Mandates up to 1 year in prison and a ₹10,000 fine for inflicting bodily pain, swelling, or minor injuries, even in the absence of bloodshed.
•Section 117 BNS (Formerly Sec 325 IPC — Voluntarily Causing Grievous Hurt):Punishable by up to 7 years in prison and a heavy fine if the assault results in severe injuries, including fractures, dislocations, permanent sensory damage, or debilitating pain lasting over 20 days.
•Section 131 BNS (Formerly Sec 352 IPC — Criminal Force): Targets the raw physical act of launching an unprovoked attack, carrying up to 3 months of imprisonment.
II. Terrorising the Public Square
•Section 194 BNS (Formerly Sec 160 IPC — Committing Affray): Because this horrific violence was unleashed in open public view, completely shattering public peace and safety, this charge is legally non-negotiable.
III. Aggravated Crime Against a Minor Female
•If the victim is a female teenager, the law demands the heaviest possible penalties:
•Sections 74 & 76 BNS (Formerly Sec 354 IPC — Outraging Modesty): Publicly assaulting a woman's dignity through hostile actions or gestures converts this into a strict, non-bailable offense, mandating a rigid 1 to 5 years in prison.
•Sections 7 & 8 BNS (Sexual Assault): The violent act of stripping a minor with explicit or implicit sexual intent escalates this to sexual assault, drawing a mandatory minimum sentence of 3 to 5 years.
•Sections 9 & 10 BNS (Aggravated Sexual Assault): Because this atrocity was committed openly in front of a crowd, it legally constitutes Aggravated Sexual Assault—demanding an uncompromisable prison term of 5 to 7 years."
Hindu Raksha Dal members Ravindra Govind, Kapil Kumar, and Raman Hindu, who indulged in violence during the CJP protest, were granted bail by the Constitutional Court.
Today - at Jantar Mantar- whatever happened— is totally against democracy. Protest is the right of every citizen to raise voice against injustice. Govt must think and act accordingly. #JantarMantar
This is the most heart-wrenching video I have seen today. 💔
In this police van a girl is desperately pleading for help. She is screaming " save me, save me", police wale mujhe chhed rahe hain, mujhe maar rahe hain.
Why is this video not disturbing anyone??
Manhandled, dragged, assaulted n misbehaved inside a police vehicle and dumped by the roadside - for the crime of speaking to the media.
This is not merely an assault on an MP. It is an assault on democratic freedoms and the rule of law. More chillingly, it happened within hours of the Supreme Court issuing directions to safeguard peaceful protest and constitutional rights.
I have written to the Hon’ble President of India @rashtrapatibhvn , the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha @VPIndia and the Chief Justice of India seeking urgent intervention and fixing accountability for the police personnel, and action on the question of parliamentary privilege.
The Government cannot intimidate democracy into silence. It cannot substitute the force of the baton for the force of debate. And it shouldn’t expect the people to surrender their constitutional freedoms merely because those in power find dissent inconvenient. The strength of a democracy lies not in its capacity to suppress dissent, but in its ability to address it.

@harshdelhise
This is horrific!
With such a heavy police deployment across every inch of Central Delhi, how can a mob suddenly appear out of nowhere and beat peaceful protesters?
Were they intentionally given a free hand to do so?
@DelhiPolice must answer!
Minor girls are reportedly being harassed in Delhi, and this is absolutely unacceptable.
When Section 144 is in force and police personnel are present, who gives anyone the right to intimidate people or engage in hooliganism?
The law must apply equally to everyone, regardless of their political affiliations or influence. It is the police’s duty to protect citizens, ensure women’s safety, and maintain law and order not allow anyone to act above the law.
Those responsible for harassment and creating a disturbance must face appropriate legal action. No one should be allowed to threaten the safety and dignity of girls or disturb public peace with impunity.
