A Korean Fan's Experience at Jessica's Reflections Concert in Vietnam

The following is a partial translation of a Korean fan's review of Jessica's Reflections concert in Vietnam. I only translated the parts I found the most interesting and meaningful.

Before the concert, I enjoyed exploring the photo zones, Jessica banners, and fan booths around the venue. Some overseas fans even shared handmade fan goods with me, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere before everyone headed inside for the soundcheck.

As soon as Jessica appeared, the venue erupted with cheers. I was especially surprised by how well the overseas fans knew the fan chants. During the soundcheck, everyone also sang along to Dear Diary, and Jessica looked like she was genuinely enjoying the moment.

Although there were a few organizational issues, such as my letter not being delivered and some communication problems among the staff, the concert itself was incredibly satisfying.

I've been Jessica's fan since I was a student, but this was my first time seeing her in person. Every VCR reflected her personality and artistic style, and fans sang along in both Korean and English throughout the concert.

The loudest reaction came during the VCR featuring Jessica's Girls' Generation days. Hearing those songs again made me feel incredibly fortunate. During the birthday celebration, overseas fans sang Happy Birthday in Korean, and Jessica looked genuinely touched.

I've also seen people claim the concert was lip-synced, but from what I experienced, that wasn't true. There was a brief microphone issue during Summer Storm, but I could clearly hear Jessica's live vocals throughout the concert, even her breathing at times.

After the concert, there was a photo session.

When it was my turn, I spoke to Jessica in Korean. She seemed genuinely surprised and happy to learn I was from Korea. I wished her a happy birthday and thanked her for continuing to sing. Even though it was only a short conversation, it felt very meaningful.

I asked if I could get an autograph, but the staff politely declined and suggested I give her a letter instead. Although security initially tried to stop me, Jessica personally reached out and accepted my letter herself. Seeing her up close was honestly unbelievable—she was absolutely beautiful.

Later, as I was leaving, Vietnamese fans sang Happy Birthday to Jessica in Korean. Just before her car drove away, she rolled down the window one last time to wave goodbye to everyone. It was a simple gesture, but one I'll never forget.
