@British_Airways I don't understand why its been nearly 6 months since we were delayed nearly 20 hours, my case was escalated on 1/26, and we still have received no communication for compensation. And I called customer care and they refuse to help.
@JetBlue Misc reasons - as in our first and second planes broke down - I feel super safe and trust jet blue now. Was looking into getting a JetBlue credit card the other day. That thought has officially passed.
@JetBlue what is going on with flight #2715 from JFK to LAX. Started boarding, kicked everybody off, plane taken out of commission, waited 2 hours for new plane, boarded, waited 90 minutes at gate with no air, backed up from gate, haven’t moved since. Supposed to leave at 5:30 pm
