@ACTFibernet once again same issue. Internet is not working for more than 36 hrs. SR10382598906094. Only ETA is updated but no prominent action. Worst provider!!!

@ACTFibernet #SR10382548316584 for internet not working(cpx port down) is still not attended for the past 24hours. This is the third time in past 7days that internet is out for a prolonged period. The team promly updated the ETA, but it is never met. Pls help
