I bought a HONDA Cliq from Drive X on the 13th March 2023. After nearly 4 months, I still await the RC in my name. Most of the time calls are not answered and whenever they do, they ask for some more time. I am getting a doubt whether the vehicle is a stolen one?

What if I am fined for not possessing the RC even after 3 months of purchase. It is a punishment I got for trusting Drive X. The only recourse left to me is to file a case with consumer court. 😟
