LaLiga anti-piracy strategy so far:
1⃣ Block Cloudflare, breaking half a million unrelated websites, including banking apps.
2⃣ Put Proton VPN on a piracy watch list over blogs neither we nor our affiliates wrote.
➡️ Next up: banning WiFi because pubs use it to show the match.
I was homeless and couch surfing in 2016. I made a beat pack and named every beat Channel 1, 2, 3… all the way to 50. Mac chose Channel 13 and invited me to the studio for a couple days. That experience changed my life and helped me more than he probably knew. I’ll always be grateful for that exchange. Thank you Mac. 🕊️
🚨 In 1996 your Tamagotchi died if you forgot to feed it.
Mark Zuckerberg just unveiled the 2026 version. It shops with your money, and Amazon has already banned it from its store.
I watched him pull it out of his pocket to close Meta Connect. It's called Muse Charm, a little black puck on a cord about the size of an Apple Watch.
You tap the fingerprint sensor in the corner and start talking, without unlocking your phone or opening an app.
A tiny animated character on the screen talks back. Zuck's is a Roman in a toga named Agrippa, after Augustus's right-hand man. (This is the guy who named his daughter August.)
Meta poached Apple's head of interface design, Alan Dye, late last year. His team built this. They've only made a handful so far and it ships in December anyway.
The AI inside is Muse. Meta launched it on September 8. It took 10 days to pass ChatGPT on the App Store.
It gets its own email address. Give it your Mac and it'll run any app on there and keep going after you walk away. Walmart, Best Buy, Sephora and Wayfair are already plugged in so it can shop for you.
Amazon wants no part of it. It confirmed to CBS that it blocked Muse from shopping on https://t.co/rHTKxwOUsS.
Then Zuck explained exactly how Meta gets paid:
"We are standing behind this by making Muse free for a huge number of tokens with the expectation that over time we will profit by taking a small fee from transactions."
For 20 years Meta made money when you looked at an ad.
With Muse it makes money when you buy the thing.
That cute little Tamagotchi is a checkout counter with a face.
Unlike LLMs, Jev didn't invent a new concept.
Classifiers have existed for decades, with exactly the same interface → ask a question, get a probability score.
BUT, here's what the hype is all about:
- it works for *any* problem, no training required
- it's fast → you can do stuff in real-time
- it's cheap
You can see it as a democratization of classifiers. Before, only those with a huge amount of their own training data could own one. Now, you get your own at the speed of thought.
This won't disrupt the existing classifier market. Custom-trained classifiers will always beat the one-size-fits-all solution.
But this opens a whole new market for the rest of us where retail is more than good enough.
It's the same thing that happened with digital photography, Canva, 3d printing, and vibe coding.
This game is genuinely a visual masterpiece. I've only played for about an hour, but I'm in love with it.
- The fighting and animations are a ton of fun ⚔️
- Encounters feel way different but so familiar😤
- Controller Support 🎮
- 5 Hours of Gameplay 🎥
- 3 Gyms 🏋️♂️
It's early access and this is only being developed by one guy, but damn is he killing it. Hopefully Pokémon take a page out of his book for remasters! Can't wait for more updates to the game!
A coffee shop is using AI to track every barista and customer in real time. Through their existing cameras.
How many cups each person made. How long every customer has been sitting. Who is fast. Who is falling behind. Movement patterns. Wait times. All live on a dashboard.
No new hardware. Regular CCTV turned into a performance tracker.
This used to be enterprise-only tech. Now a single coffee shop owner can run it.

Hi havia temps. Hi havia previsió. Hi havia tretze departaments.

God Save the Queen!
