Nearly 20 hours after the shooting was reported at BrownU, Thayer st. Is starting to see more foot traffic. I spoke with employees at Kabob & Curry that became a shelter for students and a place to get food. Now offering Brown students a free meal after lockdown.

NOW: Randolph Co. BOE is listening to dozens of community members after last week’s decision to not close 2 schools and now there are at least 32 jobs on the line in order to balance a budget that is around $2 million over. The county could face a state BOE takeover. @WBOY12News

NEW: Public comments have ended and now the BOE is asking the superintendent and other officials questions about transportation and budget concerns. Transportation safety for students on bus rides longer than 60 minutes has been a big concern for parents. @WBOY12News
