My rule is put your dirty cloths in the basket dishes in the sink and pick up your stuff and put it where it goes or keep it in your room. Bedrooms and garage are theirs to keep how ever they choose as long as they don’t start to smell lol.

I took care of all the house work unless he made a huge mess then that was on him but with the kids he helped with dinner baths and bed time. Job or not both parents need to take care of and spend time with the kids.
