Day 7 of Being Nude-venturous

And YAAAAY! My 1st Outdoors Nude-venture!

This was hilarious! The moment took me at 7:30am, the towpath was clear and I used this fallen branch placing my phone into the earth, pulling off my cosy onesie!!

It was exhilarating, chilly, and totally joyful to play with nature in this way…

Day 11 of being Nude-venturous and I am unlocking a dangerous level of aliveness + 1st video 🥳

This nude-venture is unlocking a whole new level of giving zero fucks, and honestly, it feels incredible.

There is something powerful about shedding layers. Not just clothes, but fear and apprehensions too.

I am meeting myself with less to hide, and more to feel.

Back in 2015, I trained at the National Centre for Circus Arts where I ended up specialising in hula hoops and clowning.

Ultimately, clowning taught me something powerful: follow what lights me up and have the courage to do it.

I want to let you into how I create these posts.

Before I write, I pause.
I breathe.
I slow down.

I take a moment to feel grateful for my life, who I am, and what I’m creating.

Then I ask myself:

What feels most alive for me to share right now?

That’s it.

Day 17 of being nude-venturous

And it’s official… I’ve unlocked a part of me that simply gives far fewer fucks than 17 days ago (and I already gave very few!)

Especially when it comes to being naked.

Being out around my boat, in quiet spaces in nature, taking off my clothes, feeling the sun on my skin, creating these images… it feels grounded, somewhat rebellious but in a good way.

A little insight into how I’m staying consistent with this so far…

After I take the photo(s) and make the post, I say to myself:

“Great. I’ll do this again tomorrow.”

That’s it.

And that feels so much more doable.
