I thought my arms were weirdly shaped so i flexed them for fun and found out i have biceps, not sure how when all my arm weights at the gym are set so low cuz they're so weak and i barely eat let alone protein...

Back to logging ... i fasted on 11/12 and consumed about 480 calories on 12/12 (had 2 cans tuna, pumpkin, mini pita bread and a pear)
Today i'm fasting again ^^ so 0 calories and 25k steps
I'm still at a healthy weight right now so i really hate this because i dont want people to bother me or meddle when im trying to work for my best self and im def not qualified yet to be called skinny but for the people around me i already am which pisses me off
I'm so uncomfortable bc people seem to notice i've lost weight and i'm getting weird and worried looks at work and my family is also starting to not believe me when i say i ate outside. I also heard from a colleague/friend that other people are talking about me
