People are seeing what many of us Police officers who left saw coming and warned about years ago.

Totally inexperienced officers not knowing what the fuck they're doing, muddled by diversity training, forgetting the basics and petrified of anything race related with nobody experienced to guide them.

This at a time when everything is caught on camera.

I don't defend the police who do wrong but many of them do wrong because they've been indoctrinated and trained wrong, plus they're in a job they're unsuitable for in the first place to satisfy the gods of diversity.

I believe the police organisation is reaching a point where its unfixable and the rot comes from the top, the DEI management in position because of the boxes they tick, not what they have done.

Our country is on such a dangerous path for so many reasons.
