Absolutely terrible - do not use! Our flight was rerouted due to bad weather. When we finally arrived at Split airport, our car had been cancelled. We were asked to pay an extra €250. We refused, walked away with no car and no refund. £650 down. Ref: HR121784910 #holidayautos
