@O2 Hi @O2 nope still hasn't been sorted and i got the phone hung up on myself at 7:30pm on friday night from yourselves after a 45 minute phone call trying to sort it with the reference code on the text that we received after payment.
@O2 paid by phone and now O2 say they haven't had my payment even though I had a confirmation text with the reference and asking for a GED for a direct payment through the phone service. 5 days later and still not got the service back.
