Disappointed with the service at @marksandspencer Bullring, Birmingham. I bought a blazer but was refused a suit carrier bag as they’re “only for suits.” I’ve had one before at Longbridge. The abrupt attitude was even more disappointing. Customer service matters.

The luggage’s size was confirmed by Ryanair staff at Seville Airport, who encouraged my mom to complain about this. To make things worse, mom does not speak English and Staff at Birmingham airport refused to communicate with her via Google translate.

@bhx_official hi! I would like to complain about a recent experience at Birmingham Airport. Gate staff (gate 59) today 19/02/24 flight BHX-SVQ were extremally rude and aggressive towards my mom, forcing her to pay £70 for a case that fitted inside the measuring device.
