Trying to submit a meter reading for Dad to @YourSSE is proving impossible. Why are the phone lines only open on weekdays? Why ask for day & night readings when only one Kw figure shows up? Its supposed to be a smart meter but doesn't work. What happened to meter readers? Fed up.
