@albertmnana @ArnieArmani What is the truth Sir? In this particular case the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights ruled specifically on this 2009. It said Anglophones were marginalized and gave the government 6 months to take measures. This ruling was adopted by the Assembly of the AU.
