We are proud to announce that Barnet Mencap has been included in the CPS Hate Crime Panel. This is a great opportunity to exchange experiences with law enforcement and represent the work we do against #HateCrime in #Barnet.
We were delighted to attend the Barnet Group Community Awards 2024 tonight, where Barnet Mencap and our Employment Service were nominated for the voluntary group or registered charity of the Year award.
Happy New Year!
A new year brings new changes, we hope this year will be better for everyone!
Thank you to everyone that supported us to help autistic people and people with a learning disability in 2024.
A heads up for the holiday season.
From this week the borough will be turning off or removing all pay and display parking machines in Barnet.
People will instead need to pay via the PaybyPhone App or by phone or text, or with cash local shops offering a PayPoint service.
Stay winter well by getting vaccinated, keeping warm, maintaining a healthy home, seeking financial support, and staying connected for mental well-being.

We received inspiring updates from a range of our services.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Finchley Central @Waitrose for their generous food donation.
