the sad part is that the best way to actually compensate hardworking devs/deployers was when every coin had creator rewards

but because people got salty that these devs made “so much” risk free money, the market forced other fee models like Cashback to get released

now the only way for these deployers to get compensated for their time is to bundle on block 0 and nuke charts, extracting much more than creator fees ever did

I do miss the days when people would bid coins where dev keeps fees as I used to put all the fees back into the project making content, websites, boosts + more which is why I had so much success with cto’s before cashback was a thing

These holder rewards on pump are minuscule and really not worth even having but people just vamp if not launched with them

There is so much more longevity when fees actually go into growing the coin instead of to cashback / holders

I know I personally would much rather bid a coin where a trusted dev keeps fees as I know the fees will go to good use and the coin will last much longer

Holder rewards sounded like a great idea until you actually look at how much you make from it and it’s peanuts because not many coins last more than a day without dev keeping the fees to keep it alive

I can’t remember the last time I seen a 100 boost on a genuine coin, when devs kept fees it was a regular thing and although it may seem like a boost does nothing it really did make a difference to moral, holders seen the dev was spending $1k on a boost and they were happy to hold + bag work knowing the fees were going back into the project

It’s not just boosts that are expensive either, video content is not cheap, websites aren’t, mods to keep community safe from drainers, the list goes on… to run a coin properly to big numbers it is very fucking expensive and fees used to cover it

@a1lon9 if you’re reading please just remove holder rewards / cashback and let us devs use fees for longevity & growth, this is the way we can run coins to big big numbers
