@HitachiIndia 15+ days, my AC service request yet the required part isn’t delivered. Delay in shipping is unacceptable. My parents with health issues are suffering in this heat. No response to calls/emails. Resolve ASAP or I escalate to Consumer Helpline.

On informing the local Barh P.S they are disconnecting the call giving vague replies
