It disappeared when I clicked it and I now can’t find any trace of it ?

@NHSCOVID19app contact tracing has turned itself off on my iPhone XR (iOS 14.0.1) and I can’t see how to turn it back on ?
I haven’t changed any settings and when I try to turn it back on the app (which is up to date) just gives me a reminder option ? #NHSCOVID19app

When I woke this morning I observed some black plastic on a fan next to my bed.
My right eye saw only black plastic, my left saw a bright white reflection on the plastic.
When seen through both eyes the bright reflection is seen not the black plastic?
