@JeffMBaxt It's a spectrum. Pure consumption (hotel) on one end and pure ownership on the other. Proliferation of multiple hybrid models that fall somewhere in between (Airbnb, timeshare, this) are typically pro-consumer, even if the v1 biz model is flawed - like in aviation.

2) Not competing for people that otherwise can afford the same property - rather expanding market further downstream
3) Compelling HO proposition more directly competitive and diff attributes to condo or timeshare(yuck)
