So, this what actually happened 👇

Pineapple Financial (NYSE American: PAPL) is a real mortgage company. They have been moving funded residential mortgage files onto @injective .
The dashboard on @rwa_xyz now shows about $1.06B in total asset value for Pineapple Financial Digital Mortgages.

That puts Injective among the largest layer-1s by total #RWA value. The chain is no longer just “fast finance.” It is holding a live book of real-world mortgage data.

What this is not
Do not confuse this with 2008-style mortgage-backed securities, or with buying a house onchain.

- You are not buying the house.
- You are not buying a slice of the loan as a new security.
- The original mortgage still lives in the normal legal and servicing world.

What moved onchain is the record: a standardized, auditable digital version of the loan file, packed with 500+ data points. Think of it as taking a messy folder of PDFs, emails, and internal systems & turning it into one clean onchain source of truth.

That’s the part most people miss. The mortgage market moves enormous debt. The paperwork behind it is still stuck in 2005.

Why the emphasis on the number 🧐🤔
This started December 2025 with 1,259 records. It is now 2,079.
Value tracked onchain is roughly $1.1B.

Pineapple’s stated target is the whole historical book:

- 29,000+ funded mortgages
- $10B+ in value
