@JioCare I just got the default message saying refund policy is not there. I have logged complaints within 24 hours. The amount paid has a difference of 18000. Its hard earned money and a big thing for me

@flyspicejet Your officials has proved that why spicejet's revenue is not upto the mark. I personally can say it's customer satisfaction.
I had a similar kind of experience while travelling from Bangalore to Delhi.

I have made multiple attempts to reach out to the concerned department but they hardly pay attention.

@passportsevamea After visiting branch the officer told me that the workload Is high, that's the reason for delay. I almost spent 3 hours waiting in the queue just to hear that answer.
