veLVLQ: Deposited version of LVLQ for long-term benefits

The veLVLQ token is an escrowed version of LVLQ based on Frax Finance's veFXS model, which in turn is inspired by Curve's veCRV system.

💰Rewards System💰

Depositors in the LevelQ vault can invest their LP-tokens in the corresponding gauge of the vault.

Gauges are pools of applications for LP-tokens in the LevelQ vault. Gauges receive a distribution of LVLQ rewards based on the weight of votes cast by veLVLQ holders every 4 weeks.

Total rewards for each epoch are determined first by the team and then by DAO management, which allocates rewards to tiers based on annual percentages. The weightings are updated every 4 weeks.

🤝Receiving rewards🤝

To earn rewards, a user only needs to deposit LP vault tokens, without the need to use veLVLQ. However, the additional use of veLVLQ when contributing LPs for evaluation allows users to earn additional rewards.

The LevelQ system provides integration with other veToken model protocols such as Convex, HiddenHand, and Votium, allowing the protocols to aggregate the votes of their users to vote for the appropriate caliber and align the interests of all stakeholders.
