Like Gov. they want the private sector to fix their problems.

@MouseDonegal@frank_oconnor@corkcitycouncil@barrackstreet Drove through the city for the first time in ages last week. Shocked by the treatment of Cork’s very visible industrial heritage along the banks of the Lee. So much potential sitting abandoned.
So if they can build apartments in Belfast for £150k/165k, for 60 sq meters, riddle me this; how come the jokers in Dublin councils are spending €450k an apartment? And all the excel number crunchers don’t look north, or to EU, to benchmark, but accept #’s as is? @killianwoods
