@GraemeThom21 @BarrattHomes The @HomeBuildersFed 5-star means the @NHBC survey recorded 90%+ of customers would recommend the builder. So far so good. But the @BarrattHomes CEO sits on the HBF board and surveys are not included if they don't like what they're reading (have been told this by sales).
