@SwintonGroup So far been cut off when your agent couldn’t be bothered to deal with our request and now on hold a second time whilst someone suppose be getting a manager! Told on the 9th we were not renewing. Now trying to charge because request not actioned and poor notes on your system!!

@SwintonGroup absolutely shocking customer service. Hate to complain about insurers having worked in insurance for 20+years but Swinton has zero concept of consumer duty, TCF and just basic customer experience!! 🤯
