Recess engineering!! Last indoor recess, Ss were frustrated building this chain bc when blocks were accidentally hit, the whole thing came down. Today, they tried again, adding in “stoppers” every 10ish blocks until they finished. Brilliant redesign! #stem #fourth #johnsonpride

Our classroom was “buzzing” with buzzing today! 🤪🙃 Ss explored the question: “how can a battery cause a buzzer to sound?” through hands-on circuit building. Yay for developing connections that will lead to a deeper understanding of energy transfer! #johnsonpride #STEMscopes
