@CityPowerJhb @CityPowerJhb I logged a call on 21/12/2025 Ref:CPEB4847062 as our area (Northcliff/Fairland) had lost power. My call ref was subsequently closed as you said it was restored. It was not restored. It is now nearly 53 hours with no power. I have escalated my ref. PLEASE SORT IT OUT

@Rand_Water Your social media notices are really not that up to date. And the fact that you make media statements that JHB Water will supply water tankers is false. There are many communities that have been without water for many days now with no tankers in site even at locations supplied

@CityPowerJhb A large area of Fairland, Northcliff and Berario have not had power from 19:30 18/01/2024 and is currently still off regardless of loadshedding. There is no update or information anywhere. Kindly escalate to technicians to check what the fault is.
