@lastminute_com I would strongly caution anyone from booking with https://t.co/uWCT4DRvUp. We booked a flight that was subsequently cancelled. 4 mths later https://t.co/uWCT4DRvUp have yet to refund our money (which we are legally entitled to) and no customer service to contact.
@EvansCycles So I have to email again. Wait 7 days again. To receive some copy and paste reply by someone who hasn't bothered to even read my email. And there's more. Sent stuff back for refund. 14 days later no refund. If you're not in a position to operate, don't operate.
@EvansCycles So my bike is >3 weeks late. Evans phone line is dead, chat is dead. So I email. Takes 7 days to get a reply. Guess what the reply says? It will take 14-21 days to receive your order. After this date please contact the customer service line (doesn't work) or chat (doesn't work).
@EvansCycles This is poor to be honest. Has been over 3 weeks and still no bike. Phone line is dead/recorded message only. Evans don’t reply to emails and the chat function is also down. While I get logistics are challenging at the moment don’t sell product if you can’t deliver.
