Sean McVay says the NFL responded that pass interference should NOT HAVE BEEN CALLED. Obviously not! Rams' late interception was cancelled. Game would've been over. Rams got all-time ROBBED.
"The NFL has informed him [Sean McVay] that Josh Wallace should not have been called for the defensive pass interference that helped decide Sunday night's game endeavor."
@AdamSchefter with the latest on the Rams 🚨
The debate about Conor having a preexisting injury isn't binary. Meniscus/ACL tears are on a spectrum. From very minor to bull blown tears. Very possible he had a minor knee injury that became a major injury at a very inconvenient time.
Virtually every fighter is injured going into their fights. Was he injured heading into the fight? Probably a little but nothing he hadn't fought through before. That doesn't equate to any kind of fraud or deception.
Depending on the severity of his injury, tonight may have been the last time Conor McGregor stood inside the Octagon.
If that’s true, then all that’s left to say is thank you.
For the greatest Prime ever seen.
The McGregor era may be over, but it will never be forgotten.
Justin Gaethje was literally in the Oval Office before his fight, looking at the actual Declaration of Independence.
Then he walked out as a 6-to-1 underdog and beat the piss out of his opponent to win the first undisputed championship of his career.
I genuinely don't care what your politics are. That's one of the coolest sequences of events I've ever seen in sports.
Am I really supposed to think this isn't awesome because people decided to make it political?
Staring down the actual Declaration of Independence before stepping into the octagon as an underdog to beat the piss out of an undefeated fighter in front of the world is an extraordinary level of legendary
Aaron Donald is “more likely than not” to unretire soon and sign with the Rams on a 1-year deal to join Myles Garrett, per @AdamSchefter.
Los Angeles will now have the two greatest defensive linemen of the modern era alongside each other.
