It’s because the liner was falling apart almost immediately after it was installed. She literally said it was a “botched” job to the court. Not vandalism.

@ProfDBernstein I like you, but let’s be honest. Among developed nations the US is among the very worst in both wealth and income inequality. Larger numbers of Americans do worse than in other countries. On average we’re rich, but it’s because the top do exceptionally well. The rest, not so much

@sophiansolano. 0.0% chance this is correct: "Riding the full line one way will take between 10 and 15 minutes." It's a 16 mile ride. To do that in 10 minutes would mean 97 mph.

I probably never happened at all. But certainly didn’t happen many times.
